Take a step back from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a 3-day retreat on 170 acres of peaceful farmland in the Byron Bay Hinterland. This experience is designed to help you slow down, reflect, and find balance through yoga, mindfulness, and time in nature.
What’s Included?
‣ 5 Yoga Classes: A mix of Hatha and Yin yoga to support your body and mind. Classes are trauma-informed and accessible to all capacities and levels of practitioner.
‣ Mindful Activities: Guided morning walks and two innovative and interactive workshops on how to "live mindfully", as well as "mindful floristry" where you can curate your own take-home flower arrangement for yourself or another.
‣ Relaxation and Recovery: Two Sound of Being™ sound sessions to promote rest and deep sleep.
‣ Nature and Wellness: Swim in the freshwater dam or enjoy access to the magnesium pool, infrared sauna, and ice bath.
‣ Evening Connection: Gather around a fire under the stars.
‣ All-Inclusive Meals: All meals, snacks, and beverages provided by a qualified chef. Expect locally sourced, organic produce and a vegetarian set-menu.
